Dear visitors, I am glad to inform you about new weight loss book "Trimifi Diet". Ok 4-5 months later 53 lbs lost. It took 2 weeks to lose only 3 lbs. But the scale is finally working and it says I lost 3 lbs. which is kind of weird because I feel heavy like water weight? But I lost 3 lbs. plus I had chocolate “sugar free” candy yesterday.. crazy.
