Biblical Diabetes Solution PDF Book Download

Biblical Diabetes Solution PDF book download. So it looks like it is OK to eat protein from whatever walks, swims or flies but to go easy on fats and carbohydrates. I told the doc I like risotto and sticky rice. She said I should try farro. I’ve NEVER had farro and it doesn’t sound as exciting as chips and salsa. But I’m looking for a simple set of reachable targets so I’m going to settle on the list of medium and low GI foods (0-55) and do my best to avoid the ones above 55. The question is where to find an easy-to-use list of GI foods.
